Creamy Salmon Pasta

Today we go for another quick and healthy All time favorite of ours: Salmon pasta! This recipe will take you about 20 minutes and is super easy to cook. Perfect for surprising your friends and family and spoiling them with a delicious homemade cooked dinner. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

Salmon 1 kg

Salt

Pepper

2 gloves of garlic

Juice of 1 lemon

1Tsp. of tomato paste

2 Tsp. of cream cheese

10 ounces of spinach

1 cup of chicken broth

Pasta 250 g

Olive oil

optional: Parmesan

STEPS:

1) Cut the salmon in pieces and add pepper and salt, let it soak for 10 minutes

2) Fry the salmon on both sides in olive oil

3) Take the fish out of the pan

4) Fry onion and garlic with some olive oil

5)Add 1 Tsp. of tomato paste

6) Straight the lemon juice over high heat

7) Add 10 ounces of spinach

8) Add one cup of Chicken broth

9) Add 2 Tsp. of cream cheese

10) Add some salt to the sauce

11) Cook 250 gr. pasta of your choice

12) Add the pasta into the finished sauce, serve it on a plate and garnish the salmon on top

13) We also added some parmesan, but this step is optional
