Tasty Christmas Hat Brownies

Today we bake some delicious brownies and let them look like little, cute Santa hats, so they are the star dessert on every Christmas celebration.
INGREDIENTS:
Brownies:
8 ounces of chocolate
1/4 cup of cocoa powder (Dutch process)
1 Tbsp. of espresso powder
1 1/4 cups of unsalted butter
2 cups of granulated sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
2 Tsp. of vanilla extract
2 Tsp of salt
6 eggs
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of cacao powder Strawberries
Frosting:
1/2 cup of unsalted butter
8 oz of cream cheese
1 Tsp. of vanilla extract
1/4 Tsp. of salt
1 cup of powdered sugar
STEPS BROWNIES:
1) Mix the 8 ounces of chocolate, and 1/4 cup of cocoa powder together with 1 1/4 cups of melted butter.
2) Add the espresso powder, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, dark brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt to a bowl
3) Crack 6 eggs in a separate bowl
4) Slowly add one egg after another into the bowl with the mixture
5) Mix for AT LEAST 8 MINUTES, which is going to make a big difference, so that your Brownies become extra fluffy
6) Pour the chocolate ganache into the bowl and mix everything
7) Add 1 cup of All Purpose Flour and 1/2 cup of cacao powder through a strainer to the rest of the mixture and fold it under the dough
8) Preheat the oven to 350 F, put the dough into a baking pan, and bake it for 20 minutes
9) Put the Brownies out of the oven, let them cool down for 10 minutes, and then slice them
STEPS FROSTING:
1) Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla in a large bowl with a mixer until blended
2) Add sugar gradually, beating after each addition until blended
3) Put the frosting in a pipping bag
STEPS FOR DECORATING THE BROWNIES TO CHRISTMAS HATS:
1) Place some frosting on top of the brownie
2) Add the strawberry
3) Add some frosting on top of the strawberry to create the Christmas hat
