Tasty Creamy Mac and Cheese Recipe

Thanksgiving is around the corner and if you are looking for a delicious, classic side dish topped by some crispy turkey bacon: We got you! We show you in this episode how to make a creamy and easy Mac and Cheese which will be a hit at the family feast. Happy Thanksgiving y’all!
INGREDIENTS THANKSGIVING MAC AND CHEESE:
9 oz (250g) elbow macaroni
4 tbsp (56g) butter (for the sauce)
3 tbsp (24g) all-purpose flour
2 cups (480ml) milk
1/2 tsp (3g) salt Fresh ground pepper
1 1/2 cups (150g) Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup (50g) Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup (50g) Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 cup (30g) panko breadcrumbs
1 tbsp (14g) butter, melted (for the breadcrumbs)
3-4 slices of turkey bacon
Garlic, onion powder, and truffle powder optional
STEPS:
1) Cook elbow macaroni in salted water
2) Put the butter in a pan, let it melt, and add flour, then stir everything
3) Add the milk to the butter and the flour
4) Add salt, garlic powder, ground pepper, and onion powder
5) Add cheddar
6) Add parmesan
7) Add mozzarella
8) After the cheese is melted add the cooked elbow macaroni to the pan and stir
9) Add 1tspb of melted butter to the Breadcrumbs and some salt in a separate bowl and stir
10) Fill the Mac n Cheese in a Pyrex and add the Breadcrumbs mix on top of it
11) Add the slices of turkey bacon on top of it
12) Bake at 375 F for 25-30 min
